Default looking for military/vintage competition shooters

Hi
Just found this site a few days ago. Is anyone from this area interested in vintage military rifles and shooting matches. Would like to join or form club for weekend shoots.
I live in Lakeville.

OK. Have you had much action on this idea? I'm willing and ready to go when the ice and snow is gone.

Should have asked which mil/vintage guns are you considering? M1 Garand and/or M1 Carbine, the 03, the AR's etc or all of the above. Are you thinking about a CMP type shoot or just an informal activity? Depending how mant are interested we can use a Game Commission Range If we can get together and start planning and organizing we can have a shoot early spring.

I might be interested too. I have at least one of each of the military firearms you mentioned and then some. But I haven't done any formal shooting since my son was doing competition shooting 20 years ago and we did some father-son matches...

Sounds good. I use the Game Commission range N. of Honesdale. We don't need to do formal shooting unless you want to work out a CMP type shoot. PPC is possible also if you want something with pistols. But, just shooting is fine with me.

I know this is a bit late but I just found this sight today. I would like to invite you to join The Hideout Sportsmans Association we Conduct three shoots a month , Trap Shoot, Sporting rifle shoot and a pistol shoot. We shoot all year long weather permitting for the rifle and shotgun. also some members get together to go shooting informally. If you can get a group going I would attend also
