I'm a weekender. Hawley & Honesdale are my frequent stops. I also spend time in Shohola and Lakawaxen in Pike co. NE PA is a beautifull region that is rich in wildlife, flower & fauna, topography and history! The many rivers and streams seem to compliment the demeanor of the native population. The number of cozy Inns, friendly taverns, bed & breakfasts and nice restaurants is abundant. I wish I could live there year round, better yet, I wish I had been born there. For now, I am thankfull for having discovered the natural beauty of the area and the Commonwealth of PA where The 2ND Amendment still Lives!

Hey all!
I grew up in Hawley (Woodledge) joined the Marines in 85 moved to CA and moved back to PA (Chester County) in 2000. I travel up to Hawley about 6 times a year. JSOC
