Default RSS feeds from sub-forums?

I know I can get a feed from the overall forum (neat way to beat the web filter at work:-) ) but, is there a way to get an RSS feed per sub forum?

My browsers show the RSS option for every forum, but I can only get the top level (all posts) to work.

What I'd like to do is set a separate feed for multiple sub-forums, basically 1 feed for Politics, 1 feed for classifieds, 1 feed for announcements. I'll catch up on the other stuff when I'm not at work :-)

Default Re: RSS feeds from sub-forums?

Not sure if there's a way to do it just by clicking but I believe you can "hack it by subscribing to the normal url and tacking on the following text:

Code:
http://www.pafoa.org/forum/external.php?type=RSS2&f=21
That will subscribe you to just the Support & Suggestions forum.

It also might be possible to comma-separate multiple forum ID's by doing this but I have not tested it:

Code:
http://www.pafoa.org/forum/external.php?type=RSS2&f=21,23
To get the numeric ID of a forum you can pull it out of the URL to the forum such as:

Code:
http://www.pafoa.org/forum/support-suggestions-21/
