WHERE are you trying to post? If you are attempting to post a reply in the classified section, well, you can't. Nobody can. (It's explained in the classified rules)

My guess is the user tried to post a reply to classifieds which is disabled and clearly outlined in the classified rules that apparently no one bothers to read.
50% of the emails to forum support are about people who try to reply to classifieds.
