Can multiple reps be given and when can I do it?
Can I only ever give one rep at a time to the same individual for the same post?
I believe I've seen comments like 5 reps to ya, etc.... Can multiple reps be given?

When you give someone Rep, the points they receive are equal to your rep power. If I Rep someone, they get 2 points. If you Rep someone, they get 6. I don't think you can give rep more than once for the same post.

You can only give the number of rep points that you have to give. If you give a negative rep to a post that same amount of points will be deducted from their rep point count.
You cannot rep the same post twice, whether, it be positive or negative.
