Default Mossberg 500AT

I've recently acquired a used Mossberg 500AT 12 gauge 28" modified choke. I'm looking to do a complete disassembly and was wondering if anybody can find some documentation on it including the trigger assembly. I've been looking but could not find anything on the trigger assembly. It also has rust on it, any suggestions on how to get it off properly? Thanks to all for replying.

They will have a break down on the 500.

DO NOT take the trigger assy. apart unless you know what your doing!

I'm a smith, and I can tell you most people end up messing them up and need them repaired. You can take the trigger assy out of the receiver, but don't take the assy apart.

For light rust use Rem-Oil and super fine steel wool. Don't use it on the alloy receiver.

Thanks for the info guys. I managed to do a complete disassembly of everything. The trigger housing was a friggin pain in the ass to put together with no instruction but I took pictures when disassembling it at that helped alot. Got it all cleaned and ready to rock! Yeah.... Thanks again.
