Default shotgun slug?

I have a winny 1300. I never shot slugs out of it. It has screw in choke. What choke should I use? I have an extra full and skeet choke.

Somewhere i have read that you should use a IC (improved cylinder) to shoot rifled slugs. If you are going to use sabot slug i think you can get a rifled choke also designed to spin the round. Although i wouldnt see a issue with a skeet choke as it provides the least restriction.

The skeet choke will work. The more open the choke the better for accuracy. Just a note; skeet is more open than Improv. cyl.

As mentioned above... skeet.

Its generally not a good thing to try to swage a .729" slug through a .695" to .710" hole.
