What's the process to own a shotty under 26" and/or 18" barrel?

and

is it as easy to own a class 3 firearm?

We have a dedicated NFA/Class 3/Title II section on PAFOA and this where the conversation should continue. Also before posting you should read NFA sticky post at top and you will find most of your questions already answered there.

Here is my Shorty Shotgun. Not as nifty as a Serbu, but it has class.


Perfectly legal, just do the paperwork.

Mine is a Ithaca Model 37. I did the Remington Overfolder myself.
