Hi, folks. First post. Could someone enlighten me about the legality of owning a shotgun in Philadelphia? I assume a license is required?

Welcome to the forum!
Knight is right. No license is required for PA residents, just walk into a gun shop, pick one out and buy it. You will need to pass a criminal/mental history background check though. That should only take a few minutes though. |
