Rare Browning
I just came into a 90% Browning 20ga superposed,(SN24X) this gun was made in 1949. My question is about the for-end stock, It doesn't match the walnut butt stock.It looks like apiece of cocobola wood from Central America? kinda of a dark orange w/ a darker grain stripes. The (SN24X) is stamped on the inside of the stock. I have not seen any other Brownings w/ this wood configuration before. Im sure the wood configuration is correct, So my questions are, what kind of wood is it?, is it correct? and if so is it rare?
