below are the part numbers that I had for southpaw 870 barrels from Remington.
Part # first; Description; #242840 870 BBL 12/28” RC VT LH EXP MATTE (w/MOD CHOKE TUBE .709) #243440 870 BBL 12/20” RC RS LH DEER BL (RIFLED CHOKE TUBE ) #249050 870 BBL 12/20” FR RS HvyWght LH

Every shotgun I've ever had or seen had a chamber, well except the front stuffers.
Remington has, or had 3" chamber barrels around 20" which had screw chokes. That 19" barrel at that site is a cut down barrel, for a few bucks more he can get the longer barrel with 3" chambers and borrow a hacksaw if the choke is of no importance.
