I have bought a lot of guns from ACE over the last 26 years and the last gun I bought at another shop due to the cost. $200 less at the other shop.
Now this was an exception. ACE's inventory is probably the best selection bar non for at least 200 miles around Pittsburgh. That is new and used. I have never had a problem with a gun that wasn't corrected on the spot. Sometimes paying a little more for better service is worth it. I remember walking in looking for one gun and walking out with something completely different that I liked better. One gun comes to mind a Browning HP. The Browning is my absolute favorite. I walked in looking for a Smith&Wesson 9mm. I walked out with High Power with Aluminized Finish, Pachmayr grips, combat sights and the gold trigger. |
