Default Warners Wind Gap Shop

Does anybody know if Warner's is relocating? I was by the Wind Gap shop to talk to Mark (Rich's partner) about some MK 262 Mod1 5.56, and the shop looked empty.

Does anybody remember the number for Mark's business - Mountain Armory? I'll buy the ammo direct from him - that MK262 stuff is amazing. It easily outperforms Hornady T.A.P., and at $18 and change a box, I can't beat it.

Thanks for the reply. I know that they do gun shows, but the shop looked empty. Another boardmember just pm'ed me with Mark's number. I'm going to give him a call and see what's happening.

Wow, did I just get an earfull. Apparently the store is closed and Mark will be doing his ammo elsewhere. The FFL never got issued. I am disappointed, Wind Gap really needs a decent gun shop, and Mark really knows his stuff.

On the brighter side, I hear that he might be producing more ammo very soon as he's looking at a new production facility.

I want to be able to get as much of his M855/ M193 as possible before the next admin change in Washington.

They were selling some damn good ammo there at about the same price as the cheap walmart stuff. Is there a place locally I can still get it from?

That does suck

Hi folks,
Ijust heard some interesting scuttlebutt. I was told that Rich Flynn from American Sport Shooting in Brodheadsville was looking into possibly taking over the lease on the closed Warner's location in Wind Gap and putting in a satellite store. Word is, that it will be mostly "evil black rifles" and h.g.'s as well as ammo.

It would be nice to have a small, but decent gun shop in the Slate Belt area.

I'll let you know when I hear any more.
