Default A+++ Smith & Wesson Service

I called them up today to get a price on a hammer spring to replace the busted one in my Walther-P22: Price was free.

2 week lead time at the moment, but for free...I dont mind!

I had a similar good experience with Smith's service department a couple of years ago.

I have a 3" 629 that had the hammer nose break off. I sent them the gun and they repaired it and had it back to me in less than five days. No charge for the repair or shipping either way.
