Joe Smith,
This little bolt gun is a .308. It has a cool rear sight with a 100 yd open notch and 3 additional apertures, all the same size but positioned at different elevations in the circular rear sight. When I sighted it in after I won an auction on Gunbroker, I started at 25 yds and shot 5 shot groups. Some groups had 4 shots touching and another off about 3/8 to 1/2 inch. At 100, the best group was 2 3/8 " off sandbags. This was with the dreaded "Indian OFV" ammo. The front post adjusts up and down and also side to side. 8MM stripper clips fit the guide but .308 stripper clips are too thick. With the crapped up eye, I was hoping to install a Aimpoint clone which I bought 2 of from a guy on Glocktalk. An interesting read on surplusrifle.com www.surplusrifle.com » scroll down the left side to Spanish FR-8 I'll bring xtra ammo. 27 |

Sort of simple really. The Nazis knew damn well what the Soviets did with German POWs. Believe it or not, fighting to the death was the most appealing option when the Russians were in front and the SS were behind you.

To get out of the mood, shoot one with heavy ball while wearing just a tee shirt
