Here is the finished rifle. One of these days I'll get some good pics out side in the sun light of the whole surplus family.

I'll second fragger on that one. The stock on that thing is awesome. I'm a sucker for the tigers-eye-style grain.

Thanks guys. It shoots too. I held the 8 ring for 20 shots at 100 yards with 174gr Wolf gold earlier today. Out of all my surplus rifles the Swiss K31's are the most accurate and have the best triggers. I'm gonna try to pick another walnut stocked one up before they dry up. I didn't see a single K31 at the KOP show over the weekend. They only made about 580,000 of them. By the way this rifle is dated 1940. I also manged to get 180rd of GP-11 ammo at the show.
