Yeah, I honestly think this is the last gun I "NEED" for a well rounded collection. Now keep in mind that there are others that I "WANT" but realistically, I could die a happy man now!

I would have gotten an AK sooner, but my stim check was delayed and then ended up paying for vacation to Orlando...plus I couldn't find anything local. I even dabbled in getting a cheaper SKS but had a couple deals fall through. But then I found Miss Yugo and that was it! LOL It's been a wild ride to the ComBloc, but I should have her home and a couple weeks as long as no emergencies pop up! Then I'll need to buy ammo...lots of ammo! And I need to start looking for an AK Bayonet...anyone know any good sources?

Congrats ... The yugo fixed stocks are very nice. Never shot the UF so can't comment on them. They are nice solid guns. Be warned, it might whisper in your ears at night that it's lonely and needs a friend.

This is the one that Shawn L. hates me for.

The AK does come with 2 30 rounders and a cleaning kit, but no bayonet. Do you have a link for CTD? I may have to check that out!

ETA...nevermind! Cheaper Than Dirt! My brain ain't working yet this morning!

If you think it is cool now. You have to come to a group shoot and run the house with it.

Last Group Shoot we had 4 of us with AK's going thru the house running from room to room, AK's blasting double taps into each bad guy. 26 rounds were needed, so it forced you to reload with the 20 round magazines we were using (which I discovered I suck at and will be practicing). But it sure was fun. Each person who came out of the house after running it with their AK was smiling from ear to ear.

I love my AK, but after running the house, and seeing how that red dot gave me super quick shot placement. Feeling that recoil smacking me so smoothly in the shoulder, and a super fast follow up, that really suprised me, I got a major hard..... I really love it.
