From .22LR to the M44 is a big difference. Both are fun to shoot so I'll give you a thumbs up for each.

Oh yeah.. don't say "toys" around shefearsnothing. We all know what she does with "toys."

yeah i love how the henry shoot and i cant wait to shoot my mosin i have never fired a rifle of that caliber yet

My little cousin has the same henry 22, and I just shot it today for the first time. It is a lot of fun for plinking around. The lever action rifles are alot of fun, It reminds me of a Marlin 30/30 I used to have when I was a kid.
You have two very nice firearms there. Have fun with them.

I have one of those Henry .22's. It is a fun little rifle to run 15-17 rounds through.

Get your boyfriend to pick up a Rock River 20" A3 for you. It will not kick as much as the M44, and I think that you will get some good use out of it, (if you like to shoot).

The henry .22 I shot was smooth as butter. I loved it.
