Default Ruger PC9

I want one and can't find one anywhere.
I've saved up for this gun and now I can't find one & it's really pissing me off.
Seems like everything good Ruger had they're discontinuing.

Someone somewhere please help and say "Here'e one NIB for sale."
Anybody?

You see them occasionally, the large venue of a good sized gun show may bring you luck. May want to check out gunbroker also.

I love my PC-9, it is always a range favorite, suprisingly very accurate and never a problem with feed and function. A little heavy for the kids, but a good trainer for new shooters.

Good luck finding one, be patient, they are out there.

I found a PC4. I'll buy that NIB and trade for your PC9.
Come on!, what do ya say?
My patience has ran out.

I have the PC4 & like it a lot. I got it used a few years back for $290. It is an absolute HAMMER with Cor-Bon ammo. Accurate too.

P89, go to www.rugerforum.com and inquire there. That forum is probably 99.9% Rugers and they also have a classifieds thread. Someone there may be able to turn you on to one. Can't hurt to check.

You may be on to something with this patience thing.
After 4 months of looking I got my PC-9 NIB. Drove 3 hours to stand in a gun shop for 20 minutes. I'll have to get a pic of it. Before I found this I almost bought a 6450 but this way I can have a 9mm carbine (which uses the same mag as my P-89)and also get a Garand for roughly the same $$ I would have paid for just the Colt.

Sounds like you did quite well. Congrats. Patience is a virtue.

Here it is...now anyone have a suggestion on a scope?
I'm thinking either a red dot or maybe actual optics.

I know it's good up to 50 yards just the way it is. Kinda surprising since it's so short.

ALLRIGHT!!! Congrats on finding one! Looks just like mine!

I haven't scoped mine, having fun with the irons, I reload, and I have made a nice plinking round for 9mm, much more accurate and cheaper than wwb or other cheapo 9mm ammo anyway.

Knock down bowling pins pretty consistantly 50-100 yards once you get the range right. You should enjoy the heck out of it, remember also with the light recoil it is a GREAT rifle to introduce new shooters to the sport. My daughter loves ours.

I have no idea why the hell Ruger discontinued these carbines, I always thought of it as a neat niche using the same pistol mags in a decent little carbine.
