Default DPMS AR-15

I bought a New DPMS Ar-15 last November. 1 week latter I blew out my right knee. January I had a complete right knee replacement. I finally got to the range yesterday. left all the tools home. So I had nothing to adj the front sight with. Darn. How ever it shoots real nice groups 1.5 inches low . So next week I will have tools to adjust the sight! So what kind of shooting can I expect from a DPMS AR-15

ALL of the AR's I have either bought or built can shoot better than I can hold. If you're good enough with iron sights you can hit a man size target at 500 yds. (that's why you have those elevation adjustments on the rear sight).

With good ammo and a free float tube...under 1 moa. Just above that without a free float tube.

You can use a .223 round to adjust the front sight, just use the tip of the bullet to push down the pin and spin the sight post. Just so you know for next time.
