Aim Surplus has them from time to time so check there often www.aimsurplus.com . They are only there for a day or two before they are sold out and removed. I snagged mine for right around $650 from them with 4 mags and pouch/accessories. So far mine will do about 2" @ 100 with 7N1, 3" with mil surp, and 5" with Wolf- all shooting off my gear bag. My handloads should do a bit better.

I didn't buy mine under the (false) premise of it being a tack driving sniper rifle....I have plenty of guns that will/can be that. I bought it as a super cool piece of com bloc history that's fun to shoot.

If you expect more than that you may be let down.

Too bad they're not selling these over here. I'd love an M77. There's one on gunbroker for $3000! Nice Sig clone pistols too.

The PSL is a long verision of the AK. If you get one with the attempt of a "poor man's Dragunov" you may be disappointed. And the quality from Century can be hit or miss, I had to send mine back a few times (not to mention the ATF recall).

This is sort of like the guys who can't afford an AK so they buy a Yugo and try to put a detachable mag on it to make a "poor man's AK."

Might be interesting as a novelty piece, but that is about it.
