I am always impressed when a female makes a commitment to learning how to shoot. Many females become intimidated by what is seen by many as a male only activity. This can be made even worse by some of the male shooters who try to act like macho know-it-alls. I don't know Steve personally but I spent 26 years as a Philly cop and know his reputation. He is a no B.S. kind of guy and even though he has a huge wealth of shooting knowledge never talks down to anyone when instructing. I live in Philly and I currently belong to Classic Pistol in Southhampton but I have been thinking about checking out Pistol People. Always looking for shooting buddies. Maybe a couple of us on this board can get together.

i relocated from the lower bucks to clinton co. area years ago, but enjoyed this string.
30+ years ago, alex ragnoli, a mechanic at rohm and haas co., built what is now pistol people in his spare time. he also established a commercial casting and reloading operation with the latest star and camdex machinery available at the time...alex was a friend and i even worked there for a time. budman46 |
