VALID ATTEPMTS TO CLEAN UP RANGES

I just wanted to post this one up, as I know that everyone thinks that PA is closing down SGL ranges left and right. I posted in the SGL43 thread about getting an open bid email to fix the range, and wanted to post this one up.
