Looking to join a range in or near ChesCo

hey all, im looking for a range to join up with. in or around chester county im in downingtown if that helps. id like atleast 200yd rifle range, pro 2A range (ie: allows carry of loaded weapons on grounds), no small mag limit capacity such as 5/6 rifle/handgun, and some nice range hours, NOT 10am-4pm type deals

i mean rules like cold ranges where people arent allowed to carry a weapon cc'd or oc'd, only the firearm they are shooting @ the range at that time, or clubs where carry isnt permitted on grounds at all

Nothing stated explicitedly in rules except all guns unloaded and pointed in safe direction when doing target maintenance (presumably this refers to guns being fired). Don't see any problem with CC, I always carry when at range.

there is no range info on their website? distances? covered shooting positions? indoor? trap field? etc etc

Pistol (3 ranges). 2 ranges have 7,20,30,40,50 yds, 1 range 15, 20, 25, 30 yds

Rifle (3 ranges) 25,50,75,100 yds; 50,100,200 yds; 100,200,300,400 yds.

Black Powder 50,100,130 yds

Trap (1 house) with manual spring thrower.

Archery elevated platform plus 20-60 yd range.

All rifle and pistol outdoors with overhead cover, benches and/or tables.

No mag limit, unlimited range hours

$35/yr + $10 application (available on website)

No machine guns.

Member guests may include ONLY - member's spouse
or persons under age 16 - NO EXCEPTIONS. Must be accompanied by member.

sounds like what im looking for.... aside from the not being able to bring someone as a guest every once in awhile... do you need a sponsor? or just show up at a meeting? is there a time i could see the grounds in person or do i have to be a member first? thanks
