Wexford range closed again
The wexford range was closed again today and yesterday. This has been two weeks in a row its been closed for the second half of the week. Does anyone know whats going on?

I called the District Office and they said the range was closed for weapons qualifications. Sometimes its the WCOs and other times its the local police using the range for their qualifications.

I understand them needing it for qualification. I wish that they didn't close it for such a long period of time. Both times I've been there and a friend went up there 2 other times no one was at the range at all but it was still closed.

Anyone know if Wexford SGL is open again? Hoping to get out Sunday.
Also, is it ok to have a holstered pistol there? I couldn't find anything on their site or on the forums about it. Other times I been there it was with pistols in cases.

It was open last sunday, so it should be open now. There havn't been any long term closes recently, just 2 day ones for police qualifications. They don't do those on weekends.

Great! I just got Glock 27 Tuesday and haven't had a chance to try it out yet.
I should be taking a drive up there for an hour or so so I can be back in time for the Pens.

Well got up there today at about 1300 hours. There were a number of people there, but had no trouble getting right in on the 15yd range, there was 3 spots open.
I didn't notice anything crazy going on, everyone semed responsible. The guy next to me though, he jammed up at least 5 times, that was starting to get me nervous.

Anyone been up there in the past few days? I am trying to head up tomorrow after work and before the Pens game. Just want to make sure it's not closed before I make the trip. Thanks Fellas.

It was open sunday and tuesday as well. I think they have it open consistantly now.
