I haven't been there in a long time...but the last time I was there his rental guns were gone and I asked him about a FFL transfer and he said it would have to wait becasue "the damn government is taking forever for his renewal".

there will be an auction at the end of may for whats left in the store. yes he is finished. i dont buy the story that his FFL renewal was late! maybe someone will open there and then i will have a range to go to again. he has 3 lanes there. we shall see.

1) he 'chose' to not renew or 'involuntarily' lost his FFL;
2) he survived for awhile with recycling/selling the brass & aluminum casings & doing side jobs; 3) he claims that he sold the building; 4) he auctioned off the leftover crappy shit he had that the new owner didn't want; 5) his business imploded & Lord only knows what is going in there next |

Well this is disappointing and a little amusing to read at the same time. I tried calling there several times today and was wondering what happened. I have only been there once which was about a year and a half ago. I just got a new gun and wanted to go and shoot but I could not recall the hours. Guess I will have to find somewhere else to go. There are no indoor ranges around here though.
I don't think there is much in the way of outdoor ranges either unless you're a member somewhere and I am not at this time.
