Define rapid fire? Rifle or pistol? If rifle, what caliber?

Your best bet will be Target masters in Chads Ford, on rt. 202.
or French Creek Outfitters. Both are about $12.00 an hour. I assume that by asking for rapid fire you don't like the French Creek state parks 3 round limit
