I stand corrected apparently on the closures. I'm happy to see some of them opening again but it seems like more are closing than opening. Those gentleman probably know more about it than I....so listen to them. Best of luck to you here on the greener side of the fence!

Ok here we go;

Spinner targets - Yes, you can use one, until you get caught and fined. Paper targets only my friend.

Draw and fire - Sure, again until you get caught and fined.

6 rounds in a handgun - Sure if its a designated pistol range. Better check the rules there buddy because many of these ranges are NOT designated pistol ranges.

I'll reiterrate what was already said also by saying you should join a club. You'll more than likely be able to shoot spinner targets and practice draw and fire exercises without fear of reprimand in the form of a fine.

I've never seen any restriction on not being able to draw and fire.

Scotia (176) has a shotgun field.
I go clay shooting frequently there.
To the best of my knowledge no restrictions on the type of clays...
It sure seems like we (Centre County) have the best sgl range- Scotia is nicer than SOME clubs I've seen.

Of course, SGL ranges are, in my (admittedly limited) experience, pretty crappy excuses for ranges, anyway. You're generally much better off joining a private club.
So have the ranges in York co. Save for the one on Graybill rd, but I think it was closed after some houses were built a lil to close.

+1 on the private club.
