Default 2 Questions

hell all, NEPA native

anyway

question 1: is there a limit on the number of bullets you can carry in your pistol if you carry it on you?

question 2: is there a way you can acquire a pistol if you are not 21 yet and do not have parents that can "gift" you one?

i did some research on them and did not get any clear answers for the second one (didn't get any for the first)

im not turning 21 until next year but i want a pistol to shoot at a range

1. No.
2. Technically yes, but practically no. Sheriffs can do a transfer for someone over 18 but under 21, but what I hear from every angle is that most of them won't.

2. Grandparents or spouses can also transfer to someone between 18 and 21.

How About a Step Father to a Step Son/Daughter. I have not been able to find that answer explicitly written so, I wonder if it falls under Father/child relationship.

Step-whatevers require an FFL or county sheriff. Since the law states you can't unless you meet certain, specific requirements, and a step-whatever is not included in those requirements, step-whatevers don't count.

Now, if one jumps through the hoops and legally adopts, then the step is no longer a step.

It'd be a jump, right?

I don't think so but ...

They can give it to their parents (your grandparents) and it can work it's way to you.

No. Aunts/uncles/cousins/siblings are not included in the provision.
