Default PA ebay seller

I made an ebay purchase that's starting to look like it might go south...

The seller's name is "military griffin" out of Berwick, PA. Does anybody know of this guy, and if so is he a stand-up guy or no? I don't really want to go the whole bad feedback/refund route if I can help it. I ordered a magpul ctr for my AR on 6/11, still hasn't shipped and he apologizes profusely, but from looking at his feedback it seems he has a bit of trouble coming through with the orders for magpul stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're right..leaving negative feedback/refund doesn't work. I had a girl one time who tried to fraud me on e-bay, and she lived in Illinois. She was very brazen when she said.."You're not getting a refund!"

Oh yea?

What I did was..I got her information, and contacted the Police in her jurisdiction. The Police contact I was talking with, was going to send a car by her residence to see what was going on.

She couldn't pay me fast enough for my refund.

Fraud is fraud..if you have the information, contact the Berwick Police Department. I would let the person know my intentions right off the bat, and take it as far as it needs to be taken out of principle.

I have had a few issues on ebay (my husband says I am addicted ) and since I always pay through paypal I just file a complaint through there. I have ALWAYS gotten my money back. Twice the people didn't send me my stuff and once I got a fake item. Actually, the last time I complained it REALLY paid off because not only did I get my refund, I also got another email from paypal/ebay with a 75.00 giftcard to redeem on ebay for my "trouble" or bad experience or whatever. It may take a little longer that way but they do work with you if you legitmately are owed a refund. You don't have to have purchased insurance for them to issue you a refund either. Just be clear in typing up your "grievance" as far as your communication with the seller etc. Good luck and I hope you get some sort of justice either way.

A lot of people sell stuff on eBay they don't have in stock. But they figure that by the time it sells they should have it in stock. Sometimes it does not work, and they caught with their asses hanging out.

Well, I've saved all email correspondence between he and I, and it's not that it's taking too long, it's that he put on the auction that it shipped the day after I paid, even though he admits he hasn't sent it yet. I also have his first name and phone number thanks to another pissed off buyer/non-receiver. Calling BPD might be my next step if the last email I sent him doesn't rectify things. I JUST WANT MY DAMN STOCK!!!

Norm--
Yeah, that's him. I spot-checked some of his items, the clothing seems to come from Wilkes-Barre, but the magpul ctr's (which is what I ordered) is listed in Berwick...

Dave--
Thanks brother. Always glad to meet a fellow traveller.
