Man I had the same problem, but it wasn't through ebay. It was from MDSTactical.com. I ordered a Magpul PRS stock that I asked before I bought it to see if they had it in stock. Which they said they did. Well after I ordered it. It took 2 weeks to get it and it had a invoice from Del-ton.com. MDStactical didn't have it so they bought one from them. I also order the buffer, tube and sprin with it. which still has not come in. You can never be sure about these companies anymore.

Angry Re: PA ebay seller

I had problem buying cellphone on ebay, waited 2 weeks for phone to be shipped from ohio about 100 miles from me. Sent them an email saying if I have'nt recieved phone in 3 days I would be knocking on thier door. Recieved it in 2 days. And it was only for 15.00 and would have cost me probably 50.00 in gas, but i would have gone. But thats just me.

I think if you paid with Paypal, you can bring up the issue with them and the person who sold the item to you has so long to respond and if no agreement is reached, they have to refund your money.....

when I was posting things for my previous employer on Ebay, I would absolutely hate the people who would threaten to leave negative feedback if you wouldn't take a return or issue a refund on something that doesn't warrant 1....best of luck with this issue..I was on the verge of being scammed until I personally contacted the seller and ripped him a new ass...2 days later, I had my product.

Couple sought in eBay ripoffs
Cops: Several say items not returned or cash not handed over in Wyoming operation.

BILL O ’ BOYLE boboyle@timesleader.com

WYOMING – Borough police Thursday filed several charges against the owners of the eBay Drop-Off Store for failing to return items given for sale and failing to return cash proceeds for items sold.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Benjamin Waltman, 27, and Kimberly Waltman, 25, both of Jenkins Township. Each faces charges of deceptive or fraudulent business practices, theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, theft by deception, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.

Wyoming Mayor Bob Boyer said arrest warrants have been issued for the Waltmans, who he said are believed to be in North Carolina. Boyer said the Waltmans have been entered in the National Crime Information Center system to expedite their apprehension.

According to a consumer alert issued by Wyoming police, officer Mike Fuller and assistant Chief Joe Kopko received several complaints from individuals who had dropped off items to be sold at the eBay store. The victims reported they had not received their merchandise back or the cash proceeds from the sale of their items after repeated attempts to contact the owners.

The total value of merchandise given to the eBay store for sale exceeds $8,500, police said.

Wyoming police ask anyone who may have had a questionable business dealing with the eBay Drop Off Store, located at 316 Wyoming Ave., to contact them at 693-2650.

According to the criminal complaint, there were four incidents reported to police:

• John Shoemaker reported items valued at $4,597 were given to the Waltmans,

• Marian and Steven Ropieski reported $400.

• Patrick Chairge reported $3,500.

• Barbara Mackachinas reported a vase valued at $35.

Awesome. Ebay gets less and less appealing as the days go by.

I have had good luck on ebay as a buyer and as a seller. Maybe I have just gotten lucky.

There was one guy that I won the bid on some gun videos. I had won 3 auctions for .99 each. I wrote him after winning if he would combine ship. His response was no because he did not make as much money on the tapes as he had wanted. I responded to him that that was not my fault and that I would be forwarding his reply to ebay, and that each tape had better show up in its own package. I fumed about this for about a week. My intention was to give him 3 neg. feedbacks. One for each auction. The tapes showed up in one package with a crisp new $10.00 bill.

You do need to keep an eue on the sellers feedback.

I've bought something from that seller a couple years ago. Everything went okay. No complaints.

On a side note- the last thing you want to do is show up at someone's house and confront them. That is a recipe for a bad situation.

I've actually read accounts of people driving to other states to confront sellers who ripped them off.
