Default Re: Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association addresses Limerick Township council

He never said a word on it. He does seem like a nice guy though... If I see him around town I say hello but I'm not going to bother him about it beyond what I have already done. If we stick our heads in the sand then maybe it'll go away type attitude and I personally am exhausted about this issue....

If Limerick Township's solicitor is anything like my borough's solicitor, yes, both are nice guys. And both are woefully unknowledgeable when it comes to Pennsylvania's Uniform Firearms Act and preemption. Article 1, Section 21? Huh? Title 18, Section 6120? What's that? But, both are nice, friendly guys.

Maverick officials engaged in illegal vigilantism and blatantly defying Pennsylvania's Uniform Firearms Act in Philadelphia & other PA cities & towns need to start being prosecuted for civil insurrection & going to jail.

I'm presuming that very little action in this regard will be undertaken by the PA AG's office as long as antigun zealot Ed Rendell holds the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's top job and the antigun bureaucrats engaged in these illegal actions KNOW IT.

If anyone is wondering what was forseen by the authors of the 2nd. Amendment of the American Constitution as a TYRANNICAL REGIME that "2A" was designed to be a buffer against........they need look no further than the adventure into lawlessness & oppression being spearheaded by Mayor Nutter of Philadelphia who appears to be no respecter of the Rule of Law without which a civilized society cannot exist.

One consolation is that the opponents of "2A", who argue constantly that the common citizen's right to bear arms is unnecessary, are in a de facto manner, by their own behavior in these circumstances, proving OUR case for us.
