Default Can somebody answer a beretta mag question

I'd like to know the difference between the Cougar Magazine and 92/M9 Magazine, I am inclined to think that the main/only difference is the location of the cutout for the mag catch, but I'd like to confirm that. Does anyone here have both of those pistols that they could compare the mags?

Um, at the risk of sounding stupid, what beretta forum. Also, could the cut be moved?

Here is a link to the Beretta Forum.

I have both guns and the mags are not the same. Don't take a chance on trying to make a mag fit into a gun that its not supposed to. There are plenty of sources for either mag.
Buy the correct mags and sell the others.
