Yeah, it's kind of a tongue-in-cheek thing for the HK guys. I don't know if it was that particular poster or if it was on a catalog cover a few years ago, but whoever set it up for the photo shoot loaded the mag backwards. Now a lot of people do it when they take porn pics of their HK's.

Interesting. I wonder if it was a mistake or done on purpose, because I never saw that poster before.
I don't know how Accurate, Reliable that load is going to be.

The first time by accident, then as I understand it it's been replicated every year since. I read about it on the HK forums.

people need to remember that the USP 9mm, 40/357sig, and 45 is not the MK23 is not the USP Compact...all 4 are different frames.

I currently have the MK23 with suppressor, and the USP45 Compact

my USPs, by and far, are the MOST reliable handguns i have ever owned.

I previously had a 45 Tactical, and a Std 45acp USP.

my std 45 USP went 7K rds without a single malfunction, no matter WHAT ammo i put in it, even Wolf.

if you are a bigger guy, like me, you'll have no problem concealing a USP at all, almost all my CC is done with a IWB, so bigger is no matter to me, i'm used to 1911s and such also,

My USPC is shorter in the barrel and the same thickness as a Springfield XD40 and just about the same size a similar framed Glock/Sig. I carry several different ways depending on the weather, clothing, and what I'm going. Normal carry is in a Galco IWB and I have no problems at all concealing, and I'm not a big guy.
I've pretty much owned them all, S&W, Glock, Sig, Taurus plus wheelguns and am completely sold on the USP. Personally, I don't care for the new P30 and H&K 45 design, but that's just me.
The only reason H&K doesn't hold their value is because they are a little overpriced as new guns. I buy mine used and haven't paid over $500.

Have been carrying the HK P2000 in .40 for the last few years on duty. Great gun, just stay away from the LEM trigger!

Very true....
The MK23 is a massive firearm, that can no way be mistaken for a USP.
If you ever held one, you would know.
I have fired USP 9's, 40's, 45's and an MK23.
I have plans to get me an MK23 some time soon, and suppress it as well.
Until then I love my USP45 tac comp.
I don't care what anyone says, you can't go wrong with an HK, they are supreme.

I got one almost a year ago. I love my USP-C .45. It's replaced my Glock 23 as my main carry gun. I find it easy to conceal in a FIST #20 IWB, or under a button up shirt in a Galco Concealable OWB leather holster.

Mine left the factory as a Variant 1, which is Safety, Decocker on the left side of the frame. I ordered a Variant 2 control lever from H&K, and after breaking down the rear of the gun and some filing, it's now a lefty H&K.
