Hey, I just got a star firestar 9mm for my first pistol and can not figure out how to just take the top end of to field strip it short of just going at it with a screw driver and removing piece by piece. I have been hesitant on this because I am not experienced with the workings of autos yet. I was wondering if anyone knew how to take the top end off or could post a link pointing me in the right directions.
Thanks |

Thanks I appreciate it. I searched for a couple days and even had some of my friends try to locate it we all had no luck.

Those little Firestars are nice guns. I had an M43 (blued) several years back.
However, they're no longer in production and Star is out of business, I believe So, don't lose any parts when stripping the gun....you might have a hard time finding replacements. Last edited by RoyJackson; August 30th, 2008 at 08:42 AM. |
