I'm not a fan at all of the Serpa.
I use a Desantis Scorpion (kydex IWB)...more comfortable for me than any leather IWB's I've ever tried. I drive w/ it all the time, no complaints there. Comp-Tac holsters didn't impress me comfort nor construction wise.

I recently purchased a Bladetech IWB.
Fits pretty good and the install/removal is pretty quick but it just isn't as comfortable as I'd like. I do like the panel which fits between the gun and your shirt to keep the shirt material away from the gun. Sighs. The neverending quest continues. Synergy. That Desantis looks something like the 4th Gen IWB Sidearmor I had a while back. I dropped the pistol (in Holster) and one side broke off. They discontinued that model,had no parts available for me to repair it so I chose the Bladetech.  I do use a desantis apache ankle rig for my Kahr all day long without discomfort. Maybe I'll try out that DeSantis next. 27
