I agree with the above posts. Night sights on Glocks are like icing on a cake. I have Tru-Glo tritium/light pipe sights on my G-22 and it is a super setup.

It all depends on what and how you intend to use your handgun (ie: carry, target, plinking, all around and so on.) The factory sights (fixed and adjustable) are ok. Good accuracy right out of the box, put they are plastic. I'm not sure who manufactures the night sight for Glock. I usually order the fixed sights and install various aftermarket manufactures. XS, Heinie, Ameriglo, Dawson and Novak just to name a few.

I'm a big fan of the Warren Tactical sights...so I'd get stock sights, then put in Heinie's or Warren's.
The stock adjustable sights are a joke, don't bother with them. Stock fixed sights are cheap plastic, have too small of a rear notch/ too wide of a front sight post, and many people find the thick white line on the rear sight distracting. I don't care for 3-dot sights, but plenty of people use and like them. Night sights are a must to me, but I like the Warren and Heinie configurations (vertical). If you like 3 dots, the factory night sights are just fine.

My primary carry is a Glock 30 with Trijicon night sights. The very same gun that I have been carrying everyday for the last 7 years. It has 9,200 rounds though it with everything factory original except the sights, great gun great choice. So here is my suggestion buy a Glock 30SF with factory sights, then go and get Trijicon night sights and have them installed you will be in love.

Like was mentioned... the factory adjustable are a complete joke. The fact that they charge more for them is a scam!
If you think for a second that the factory fixed are "good", take your thumb and firmly twist the front sight up and to the side. Once it pops off, ask yourself if the $$$ you saved by not getting at least an aftermarket metal screw on front sight was worth it.
