Mine is just as it came in the box. I like it that way. Tried the hogue grip...didn't like it. It ended up on the wifes P226. I'll see about the pic....but like I said, it's just straight from the box.

Two views of an East German made Makarov (PM or Pistole Makarov) vintage 1965, it was the top one on the pile. I bought one for each of my kids when they were $129. Too lazy to dig up the camera and set up a decent photo, so it's pistol-in-the-scanner time again.

Note Century Arms International (CAI) import stamp on right side of frame. Century like to switch Int'l and Arms around from time to time apparently so their acronym is "CIA". Apparently they were told to knock it off.

And a Mak many of us would like in our collection:

I had a Baikal 380 IJ Hi-Cap. It was my first handgun back in 95. It was a 12 shot, paid $200 flat over in NJ. My dumba$$ traded with 5 other peices for a bill which I had the money for anyway 3 days later back in 2004. Went back to the dealer where I sold it an everything I sold him was GONE. I kept everything really nice.

I ran Golden Saber 102gr and it fed great.

Fed HP kept jamming cause of the squared off nose. GS HP's are rounded more.

I still have 2 12 rnd mags for it.

Mine has had countless rounds through it and has never malfunctioned in any manner. But, I've only fed it ball. Never had the need to stuff HP in it, nor do I think I ever will.

"Zeller"?.......you don't happen to be related to or know of a Ron Zeller? I went through JEST training with him in the Phillippines back in '89. He was part of FASO (Fleet Aviation Special Operations) Training Group. I think he was either a Mineman or Torpedoman Second class...can't remember.

Only asked because I noticed the Navy flag on your post. Good to see another fellow Squid member of PAFOA.
