I just use Federal bulk packs and have no issue with my Mark III... they're hollow points, though, as I'm sure you've experienced.
CCI Blazer works just fine through my MK3 too, and it's solid. |

In all honesty this is one of those trial and error type deals. .22s tend to have their favorite flavors. My dads ruger likes federals the best, but his browning likes rems better. Buy a few different kinds and see what shoots best.

certain guns are picky...
i have a ruger 10/22, walther p22, and browning buckmark and found that all work well with federal bulk. never had any issues with cci mini-mags too... they seem a little cleaner and more reliable... i cant remember the last time i had a ftf with them... trial and error is always the best but generally those mini-mags pretty much work all the time in just about anything |

My Ruger is also very ammo picky and does not like to be shot dirty.
The only inexpensive bulk readily available ammo it likes is the Federal bulk. But if kept squeaky clean it does like it just fine.

My Ruger MKIII will eat anything I put into it. Even those crap Thunderbolts.
I, however, like the Winchester Xpert 22 ammo.

My MKII shoots everything I put into it about the same. K22 and High Standard do well with CCI standard velocity.
Try a few different brands, then buy in bulk what works best.

I use Winchester Dynapoints in my Ruger MKII and they work great, especially with my Pilot supressor!

Found the regular Federal bulk 36 gr to be the best overall for plinking. For small game, the CCI Velocitor is best combo for me for accuracy and speed. Stingers have more punch, but less accurate in both my pistol and rifle.
