Cool Sporting Clays July 29 9-3 Langhorne Rod and Gun Club

Guys, July 29 is the Sporting clays day at Langhorne!

John Mallon and his crew have put a lot of sweat equity into making this an event to enjoy.

PLEASE come out and shoot a round! Its a challenge, but enjoyable. And the participation here makes it easier to get John to set up other time to "practice"! $12 LRGC members /$14 Non members for 50 clays across ten stands. 9 AM until about 3 PM. Squads form as you arrive.

7.5-9 shot, stocked shotguns only. You'll need to be able to shoot "double" shots to succeed.

PS: John will allow any shooter who needs an "orientation" or some practice to shoot after they sert it up Sat Afternoon! Give John a call if you need to check the time for Saturday! 215 638 4804

i am so there for this event, i just joined this club not to long ago, and it has by far THE BEST grounds anywhere in lower southeast PA.
100-200 yard range.
60 yard small bore range.
1.5 mile archery course trail.
archery shooting range.
Indoor clubhouse/range .
claybird range, with every thursday they have at least 2 auto loaders going. GREAT!
I thought the clay bird range is closed right now, since they are doing construction on the new clubhouse behind it?

Are you a member of this place as well, if so we should meet up one weekend? I sometimes take Lordiego along with me.

Welcome to the club.

The "electric" throwers and their houses are being repaired /renovated, hence the temporary suspension of trap.

Sporting clays uses a different (manual) system, so John is on.

My Wife THINKS I am a member, as I am often there serving as ...pres.

President? Really, then i think i just met you last weekend.
I was there on sunday, and there was a fishing Durby/BBQ that day that i didnt know about.
However, when i got there, i was told to talk with the pres to make sure i could shoot on the 200 yard range.
Spoke with him, and said it was open untill noon! It was such a nice day for the range.

Who wants to join and indoor range, when you can do it outside in the fresh air!
Seriously all, if you are looking for a good range/club this is is. A+++++++
