The Federal law that outlaws the carry of firearms in Post offices makes exception for lawfull purposes, most people don't realize this (posted below)

The only issue here is that if there is a Pennsylvania law banning it (which I have never seen) that you would then be violating the federal law too.

To me that reads that you'd be ok, the only part that
would be off limits would be the actual area the P.O. rents, not the whole building.
