The LaserMax activation is designed to be intentional activation because in home defense situations, the last thing you want to do is give up your position to an attacker. When gripping the CT laser, in a stressful situation, you'd undoubtedly over-grip and activate the laser.
Both the Guide Rod and CT laser are 5mW lasers, the dot size is different because of the physical size of the apperature the laser comes from. So it appears brighter, when it's actually not. The 500 round is the standard suggestion for people to replace springs due to ware n tear on the spring. Different manufacturers have different suggested rounds to put through the weapon before replacing the spring. |
