Default Anyone ever use "Sure Sight" sights?

http://www.suresight.com/

This is an interesting sight for a pistol. It looks like it should work rather well. Especially in a moment of anxiety. (Check out the sight picture in the middle of the add. Makes you think it should work great) But, this is their add. Wanted to know if anyone out there has ever used these sights before?

They look very easy to use. I inquired about a set for my Taurus. They don't make them now, but... oh well.

I've used guns with them. IMHO Big Dots are better, and easier to see under different lighting conditions.

I've never even seen such a sight. But wouldn't fiber optic or TFOs provide the same amount of visibility. I like their concept but I dunno

definately -10 on the cool factor

Similar to the Trapezoidal sights on my Steyr. Very fast up close. Not as good as regular notch and post at longer distances.

actually, I've seen ALOT of reviews on these sights. From lots of people that shoot them, they've told me that most of them find they MUCH better than the steyr sights. Many people are shooting some of the best groups they have in their lives at 25 yards with these sights. I have heard that there's a learning curve on them though, for alot of people it's around 20 rounds or so. I'm a member at the XD forum, and one of the members, Leibster, is the inventor of the sights. He's a sponsor of the forum, but all of the reviews are by people that shoot them, and I can vouche for them that they don't get any benefits from their good evaluations. It's a nice and welcoming forum, please feel free to browse this entire area where it's full of questions and answers about the sights, reviews, and targets and views of the sights. http://www.xdtalk.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=46
