Default Red/Green Dot Sight Advice

Hey guys,

I recently picked up a decent SKS with the Tapco mod already in place and a Picatinny rail mount on the front. I'm sure many of you have seen it before. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone could suggest a cheap but somewhat decent Red/Green Dot sight for me to use, mainly for target practice and fun.

Btw, what is better, Red or Green dot?

Thanks

Also, this is basically what it looks like, except with no muzzle brake and no rear mount, only a mount near the gas tube:

Default Re: Red/Green Dot Sight Advice

I have the new bushnell red/green for one of my slug guns. The green is nice for low light because the red even on 1 is too bright in the a.m. The other thing is it is very hard to pick up the green quickly even if it's on 10 when it is bright out. Red for sunny days and green for low light. -BB
