Default Boresighters

I recently got a red dot for my MkIII and was wondering if a boresighter would be a good investment (I plan on getting more guns and optics for them as well).

Sure it would be a good investment. Not only does it save you rounds while shooting at paper so that you can just get the cross hairs close right out the box. It also saves time. Line it up once and then fire. the only thing that you should have to do is a little tweaking. But not like 7-10 clicks after every shot. I bought one for $40 and it bore sighted 13 guns so far. I say that $40 is less than the rounds I would have sent sighting in those 13 guns.

It's a different story if you just doing on a .22.
