Has anyone had any issues with nikon prostaff rifle scopes fogging, and or not holding a pattern after sighting in.

I've had one on my 30-06 now for 3 or 4 years and never had a problem with it. One deer season it got knocked over and it still held it's zero. I checked it at the range after the season was over as I had another rifle with me to use.

I have a Nikon Buckmaster and Omega. No problems whatsoever.
The Omega is on a Marlin 1895 Guide Gun in .450 Marlin and it's held up nicely to the heavy recoil so far. Sounds like you have to send your Prostaff scope back to the factory. Is it still under warranty?

I've used multiple Nikon scopes including the one mentioned without any fogging or holding zero issues. You might want to contact the manufacturer.

I own 4 Monarchs not aproblem with any of them. Also look at Burris I have 2 and they are crystal clear. I`ll bet you dollars to donuts that Nikon and Burris are both made in the same factory in the Phillipines.
