I'll have to meet you before then, Im on call during the group shoot unfortunately and can't leave the general vicinity of my house.

It's not mounted on anything since I don't have a scope mount for my AR A1 handle....I like the scope itself but the rings are just way too high to site on an AR, so if you are able to still use your irons through the rings or just like the height, they're yours.

The scope is from wal-mart...a tasco I think...but it should handle recoil up to a 30-30 so I figure a rifle in 5.56 wont hurt it much at all.

You might want to get a better extractor for that rifle if you're going to shoot wolf through it too.

I went over to KTOG before buying it and one of the things they suggest is to switch it out ASAP.

Walmart actually sells a 1x32 bSa red dot scope for around $50. it has eight different setting for the brightness of the red dot. I personally haven't used this scope, I just happen to see it one day.

I have the BSA Red Dot on my CX4 and love it, about $40 at Wal-Mart. I also picked up a Bushnell 4-12X42 for about $70 at Wal-Mart. Both hold zero, no problems.

schmol, here’s a pic with the hollow sight mounted in a forward position.

Here is a pic with the BSA mounted toward the rear.

If I were to mount a magnifier along with a Red Dot, it would be mounted in front of the Red Dot.
