Default went shooting today

I kept my group size at 550yrds 3 3/4" by 3 3/4" it was a 5 shot group with the fifth one being the stragler. The 4 shot group of the 5 consisted of 2 3/4" by 2 1/4" Over all I was pleased with my 22-250. Also the winds were gusting 7mph and I was shooting over a valley of tree's to the hill on the other side, where wind was probably a little more erratic above the trees. Wish I could post a pic for u guys to see. By the way I was shooting my remington 700vls with leupold rings and mount with Sightron 6-24x42 SII. My bullets are Nosler silver ballistic tip 55gr and I am using nickle plated brass. So I was a happy man for the overall apperance of my target

Very nice shooting indeed, especially at that distance. With a 7 mph cross wind bullet drift is nearly 30 inches with a 55 gr bullet.

Excellent shooting. If you do not count the flyer you are somewhere around .5 MOA give or take. 55 grain pill, 7 MPH wind.
