I've also found another matching set of LH and RH Pistol Correction targets. I've created a new thread for this, so as not to hijack this one:

Lots of good advice here, +1 to all the above.
Two additional drills you can use for practice: Place a dowel in the bore of the CLEARED weapon. (a live round inserted backward into the muzzle works also, so long as you account for safety considerations) Balance a coin or washer on the item extending from the barrel. Practice dry-firing the weapon until you can do so without causing the coin/washer to fall. With a rifle, placing the coin/washer directly on the end of the barrel works; the dowel/live-round is just to create a rounded surface on which to balance the coin/washer that is not frequently available on a pistol. This drill can significantly improve trigger control. Another drill is to go to the range with a friend. Have the friend load your mags and insert 2-5 dummy rounds into the mag. The dummy rounds should be randomly interspersed with the rest of the live ammo, and you should not observe the order in which the rounds are inserted. Have your friend observe you as you fire. You and your friend should attempt to notice if you 'jiggle' the weapon when you 'unexpectedly' attempt to fire a dummy round. This drill will help to identify and overcome any issues one may have with anticipating recoil. Hope the tips are helpful.

At some point you need to throw out the correction targets. They're a crutch.
They are good for finding a good grip.....but not so good to train yourself to SEE the front sight when you pull the trigger. If the sights are aligned when you pull the trigger, you WILL hit what you are aiming at. Dry fire is more important. Don't flinch.....don't blink.....relax......and just....see. If the sights don't move when you pull the trigger....everything is OK. Lycanslowdownthrope
