Form 4 Approval vs. Delivery

My Form 4s were approved 20 days ago and they haven't shown up with the seller. Is this even possible? Last time I got my Form 4s 5 days after approval.

What should I do? I've checked twice, they were all approved.

Wait another week. If they don't show up then either you or your dealer can call to see if something happened. Remember..........they are government employees and are not known for speed.

You were right, I got my stamps. It took a long time to receive after approval - APPROVAL, not "pending." Almost a month. WTHeck is going on down there?

I called ATF and asked them how long it was taking after approval to receive stamps, since they used to say 7-14 days and I got mine in 5 days last time. They did not answer that question but said at 30 days I was required to receive a letter from examiner if I had not received my stamps. But even though it was not 30 days, they were very surprised it had been so long and they transferred me to the examiner. Same thing twice - I didn't leave a message the first time and called back a few days later.

I now know at least one other person on this forum that recently waited that long after approval to get stamps.
